Refunds / Exchanges

Full priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. All sale items, including items purchased at a discount during a promotion, can be returned within the 14 day period for store credit only.

The tag must be intact and attached to the returned item(s). Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.

Refunds will be processed within one week of receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will appear on the client's next billing statement. Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account within 7 days.

Please note international shipping - some countries may charge additional taxes to customers on delivery of an international package,. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Mixwell Worldwide will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our returns policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.

Restocking Fee

If Free Shipping has been provided, there will be a restocking fee depending upon region: $15 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada, & $30 For international.

Please note that shipping and handling is NOT refundable. All sale / off-season items are final sale.

MIXWELL Worldwide Inc. reserves the right to reject returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return worn items, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
